PROPERTY & SYSTEMS CHECKS*

The concierge service includes regular "drive-bys" and bi-annual systems checks. These checks, closely and respectfully coordinated with tenants, involve checking various systems in the house including AC (float switches, filters, condensate lines), life-safety (extinguisher levels, smoke/CO detectors), water (shutoff valves clear/accessible, leak gauge on meter ok, supply lines not leaking), plus much more.
