This can save considerable time when trying to SERVE YOUR TENANTS QUICKLY especially when vendors or home warranty companies can take days to service.

However, if Matt cannot resolve the repair he can assist in value-added triage to help determine exactly what is needed by third-party providers (many of whom he already has on speed-dial).
