On-call tenant point of contact
Tenant move-in/move-out management & rekeying
Regular property (drive-bys) and system (twice-annual) checks at discounted rate

Project management/contracting (projects under $1,000 or depending on project complexity)
Discounted handyman rates

ON-THE-FLY HANDYMAN PRICING

$45/Hour and no minimum* if we can do the needed work/repair and a Concierge Agreement is in place (can also be lower depending on subcontracting opportunity).

$75/Hour with 2 hour minimum* if no Concierge Agreement is in place.
